The new Pro Shop and Golf Clubhouse serves an 18-hole golf course and replaced two existing buildings. The clubhouse includes a Pro Shop, Dining Room/Snack Bar, and Locker Rooms on the main floor, with a club repair area, storage and mechanical spaces in a partial basement. Several patios, both covered and open, span the rear and side of the clubhouse and serve as outdoor seating areas. A view of both starting tees and the 18th hole were provided from the Pro Shop, while the 9th and 18th holes can be seen from the Dining Room/Snack Bar.

White brick was used as the primary exterior finish, with a shingle roof. Interior design services included the specification of furnishings and fixtures. Associated site work included a golf cart queuing area and dining areas. Site constraints required consideration of an elevated site and the protection of existing trees. Construction phase services included shop drawing review and site visits as requested.

The Owner required the facility design be reminiscent of an antebellum Southern plantation.
