The design of the renovations of the Enlisted Club included consolidating lounge functions by rehabilitating the space occupied by two small existing lounges into a high-energy nightclub with a bar, dance floor/stage, and sound, light and video systems. Adequate restroom facilities for the entertainment area were also provided. In addition, the existing sports bar was converted into the main lounge with a bar, seating and pool tables. The existing Cashier's Cage was renovated to create a separate Check Cashing Counter and Cashier's Office.

Patron access from the Main Entrance to the Dining Room was eliminated to avoid conflicts with service traffic flows between the Main Kitchen, Service Kitchen, and Ball Room. An addition ot the Service Kitchen was constructed to accommodate dishwashing functions and a new wait station entry foyer were created for the Dining Room.
