administrative and operations functions of the MCAS-24 Marine Reserve
Unit, this project includes a vehicle maintenance garage and a office/warehouse
and large training classrooms on the ground floor. Siting of the facility
on existing wetlands required special attention to structural foundation
design and wetlands mitigation procedures.
