The Soldier's One-Stop Center was designed to house various government departments dealing with military personnel in/out processing at Fort Lee. The design utilized a central core for support functions, leaving the majority of each floor open and flexible to future space requirement. Phase I was a three-story building. The Phase II structure will be adjoined to the Phase I building by an overhead pedestrian bridge.
